Pre-cooking

You need to do that some just before a holiday.  Today, I’m doing the sweet potatoes and the hot rolls.  The potatoes are boiling now, and will get skinned when cool then cut into slices, placed in a square baker and refrigerated.  Tomorrow I’ll add the “rest of it”.
