it’s interesting that almost all the links I’m seeing input on RRR are now either from companies outsourcing to India, or hosting on a provider ending in .in – and since there’s no way to actually block an entire IP range in the software I’m using, I believe I’ll be taking the site down permanently.

nope, doesn’t seem to be possible to filter out updates for hardware etc. without also filtering out non-important Windows updates. *sigh* I’ll just have to keep hiding them apparently.
to “help” me download updates for anything OTHER than itself. I want to get new drivers, for instance, direct from the hardware manufacturer’s site.
Must be somewhere to shut that off….

Yep. Gonna be one of those today…. Now, keep FIRMLY in mind that it will probably only be in the low 90s, which can hardly be classed as a scorcher to most people familiar with Vegas, Phoenix, St George….
However, for ME, anything over 70 is uncomfortably warm. So low 90s…. yeah. Scorcher.
