Old horse had a “down” situation again

yesterday afternoon. He’s arthritic in his fronts so of course, while getting down isn’t necessarily a problem, getting back up IS. Took both of us and the ATV (to get his rear end swung around so his legs were downhill) and a half hour of pulling etc. to get him back up.
