Dogs and cats are better than kids.... they eat less, don't ask for money all the time, are easier to train, usually come when called, never drive your car, don't hang out with drug-using friends, don't smoke or drink, don't worry about having to buy the latest fashions, don't wear your clothes, and don't need a gazillion dollars for college.... and if they get pregnant, you can sell the children.

The "Bushism" Of The Day

It would be helpful if we opened up ANWR (Arctic National Wildlife Refuge). I think it's a mistake not to. And I would urge you all to travel up there and take a look at it, and you can make the determination as to how beautiful that country is.

There are certain pieces of music

which are guaranteed to make me cry.  Period.  No stopping for second thoughts, or reasons why.

Chariots of Fire by Vangelis…. Colors of the Wind by Vanessa Williams….  Simple Gifts by anyone in the world….

Makes it hard to listen to music sometimes….
