you run across someone whose attitude resonates. Michelle of MsAdventures is a “resonator”. Every post on the “front page” of her blog either got me laughing, or got me nodding agreement, or in the case of “TO and the useless prat”, not only got me laughing but fist-pumping agreement!

We sent them the money. I’m working on letters to go to the regulators. I’m considering contacting Phil “Gep” Gephart (local guy who looks into problems, works for KSL-TV in Salt Lake) and the guy at Costco ditto (whose name I cannot at this point remember). We still have never received any letter or other contact from BoA (other than the usual mass of collection phone calls).
Status quo at least for the time being.
