Leaving the “Taft” theme up for now

as it’s so different - AND because after messing with it for a day and a half, I’ve found a tweak to make the transparent pngs display transparent in IE! Only a couple of other tweaks need doing now - some of the text is too tiny, and the dreaded IE 3px jog is still there in the header, but by and large it’s coming together really well….
